" Our boiler was showing an error code and shut down. We were able to restart the boiler but this started to happen more often. The problem was reported and Stephen arrived, but with these intermittent faults it didn't happen when he came. Rather than leave it he started to work through what could be wrong and found the gas valve was faulty and replaced it. What made this call out worth the 5 stars was that he didn't stop there he continued and found a further 2 faults and replaced the defective items. "
